Probably because you still have both checked and then DAZ always drops to CPU. Uncheck the CPU in the advanced render settings tab.

Either your GPU's VRAM is full and can't handle the scene or Daz 4.12 falls back to CPU - that happen to many users i suppose (if you use Daz 4.12 or Beta)

tick only GPU in render settings!!or if you had try to install Gforce Game Experience change the drivers to Gforce creator..

I use daz 4.12 pro. My gpu is nvdia 1650- 4 GB

If you your scene is big vram cant handle it and it is dropping it to cpu!!

If you manually install then any support information is not merged into the content library database, even if it exists. If you use DIM to install these packages then it will automagically merge the data for you, again if it exists. You can also update the information in the database manually or import it.

1. Right click on the 'Content' tab
2. Choose 'Content Database Maintenance'
3. Check the box next to 'Re-Import Metadata...', click 'Accept'
4. I usually select 'All Products' then 'Accept"

It will take a while, but it will import all the installed packages that actually have support data for smart content.
