Really nice renders, but you might want to reconsider that hardwood floor and bathtub combo. That kind of floor is crazy expensive, and I'd hate to see it go wasted after first bathDone 2nd floor.
Every room had to render in the 30~35 minutes range at 95% convergence with 1 model, some assets gave me quite some headaches, some couldn't use at all (Rip beautiful curtains). Need to do the roof/attic to completely finish the house but no idea yet. Bathroom wall tiles are fixed.
