Very nice expression nonfacciofoto and I know posing hair is a pain but be careful when they clip through the face !
Another little fix that can be helpful here, try changing the shaders of the cornea and eyemoisture to Iray Liquids water thin. It give better result most of the time. Nice work !

Chances are, no one will ever pay attention to the details going on in the environment when the game comes out whenever, but I think it puts a nice charm to it all.

I think it's more that people will not notice a good environment but will when it isn't. A good environment should feel natural and believable for the world you are building. So its good to do the work to get it right. (Or that is what I'm telling myself
)
