Indeed. To each their own o/Well then go ahead and show me how you light up a scene that has four characters, complex environment with many lights and reflections and render it out without grain on a single gtx 1080 rig.
I'll just patiently wait here.
I got you somehow while I disagree.Albedo etc are nice to have, but art is not about fidelity. It's not the only thing.
And production art is not about reproduction of reality. It's about production. Speed, efficiency, repeatability.
Especially if you're going to work it in post, and add effects there. Especially if you're making art for a VN or something other than 100% glorious reproduction of reality, who cares about high fidelity reproduction?
To me, turning away from tools because it's not 100% faithful to reality? I think that's a mistake, IMO.
Select item, right-click simulation settings tab, then simulate selected.Made a first attempt with d-force simulations.

I have an issue though, although minor.
Whenever i want to run the simulation, the character also reverts back to her original pose, along with the cloth, and then is simulated to the current pose.
Does anyone know how i can put the character in place, and run the simulation only for the cloth? In this senario, let it fall over her and drape itself around her legs.
Have you only one dforce item? Where is your model? Thanks for the suggestion, but i can't find it.
Unless i am absolutely blind or clicking in the wrong place, both of which are very possible, i don't see it.

Guys I can't decide on my new characters eyes for the life of me, they just all look good to me... help.
Here are the three different ones I have narrowed it down to.
1. CO Reine Dark (most realistic eye color)
2. ChanelYou don't have permission to view the spoiler content. Log in or register now.
3. Stephanie (hypnotizing eyes, def the most unrealistic but I love them)You don't have permission to view the spoiler content. Log in or register now.

I get the same selection of options when clicking there. Right-clicking does nothing for me.
I go with number 1. They all look great though.!Guys I can't decide on my new characters eyes for the life of me, they just all look good to me... help.

That works better, thank you, yet still not optimal.Have you only one dforce item? Where is your model?
Also, you can turn 'Start from a memorised pose' to off and your model won't move.
I'm also clicking on the same location, yet i do not get an option of 'simulate selected'.I didn't right-click anywhere. I clicked left on where the red arrow is pointing. It opens that menu which shows "Simulate Selected" option which is what you were looking for.
I would have helped you more but that's the extent of my knowledge in dforce. I haven't tried simulating a single item yet.
