After trying to edit a couple of premade characters I just didn't get to a result I was happy with, so I took ye ol' Genesis 8 Base Female and went from head to toe with everything and created a new character: Shay.

she could just be short or petite. One of my exes looked like she was in HS when she was 23.Not the issue.

Well in my opinion she does look more like 16 years old. I think she needs to be a bit taller to be labeled 18, she can still have small breasts as all breasts develop differently, but I think when compared to her sister she looks more like 16 years old. but that is only my humble opinion.I mean I'd be fine with that, here she is compared to another character.
