Decided I'd do few changes, improved the skin a bit, enlarged the breasts just a bit, enough to fill hands, gave her wider hips and thighs. Still not sure about the hair.

Looks great especially her head movement. I tried moving to blender as well for better animation but not being able to pose the HD mesh turned me away sadly. Hopefully after a year or so all the kinks will be worked out by then, working in blender felt very good.

Might be worth some experiments.

I tried some blender fluid simulations but always seemed to run into problems if the domain was scaled too small.
