Can someone explane me what they doing with the render what kind of options they using or skin textures/surfaces... You can clearly see the beautifull body details and is so alive..

Like Baka Plays said, good HQ skin, high sub D and long render at a high setting but also the correct settings in surfaces, I found settings on this
