Will a clean install of windows work? I always do a reinstall of everything like once every half a year or so. It really helps to clean out all crap.

It's just golden palace with 40-50% cameltoe and 40-50% full gen preset 2 in the general movement tab in parameters

Aaand I'm pretty sure it's hw issue I already did clean reinstalls, nothing worked. Gotta hope it's ram or ssd, cause it'd be the easiest to test and replace. + I can't afford to replace anything else anyway
