Looks great, and I actually like the bald look or any kind of short, weird hair.
For the teeth, I've found that they always looked a bit weird/shiny/white. If you go into surface and completely zero out backscattering it seemed to help me at least. It prevents the teeth from bouncing light around like crazy. Might be worth a shot.
