Nope tried making the ears first then applying the hair and then tried applying hair first then making the ears the end results the same.

Above is Sickleyields old video about how to fix the problem but unfortunately its outdated and will only work on Daz 4.9 which I'm currently not using.
Thanks for the quick response and suggestion tho I really appreciate it.
I couldn't get the ears to look the way I wanted so I pretty much just played with a bunch nobs until I thought they looked okay. :p
All I can tell you is that many ears from various character models where sacrificed in the making of the ears you see before you. (Long elf ears, ktarya elf ears ,Illumi elf ears, and some other ear stuff.)
Sadly I still cant quite get the hair and ears to get along but this will have to do for now.

SickleYield's trick works fine for me in 4.12
Make sure you zero out ALL the ear morphs - I searched for Ears in Currently Used:

... and for Cathy hair, turn off opacity on Side1:

1216 Tilly HJ scene 01 render 01 S15000H8Q3CR98 edit 1080.jpg

Playing around with using objects as emissive light sources instead of using lights or HDRI. It's actually easier in my opinion and easier to control. Also played with render settings some and let it cook for 8 hours overnight. Still needed a bit of denoise in the red channel, but getting there!

Tough to get depth of field when the camera is so close and preview rendering is CPU on a laptop...

Bored during Corona Lockdown, so I experimented a bit with DAZ Studio....

Skin created with Materialize (great tool for making bump maps), figure is Gen 8.
The magnifying glass I made in blender. (...because Velma needs one)

Did not have the right Scooby dog breed , but as a prop that one is good enough I suppose.
