Nice! That stuff on his head is the hair clipping into the head - try scaling it up by a percent or so (Some hair models have adjustment morphs for the head shape that you can use too).

I zoomed in on that and I believe it's a tattoo. Not a fan of tattoos there but to each their own.

It's different in the first and third frames, and the texture just looks a lot like hair clipping usually looks.

I suppose it could be a tattoo - in fact, using hair clipping as a tattoo texture... there's an idea

So hair items don't quite fit when they're used and will appear as lines around the forehead. Easiest way to fix that is to look for the headband width in parameters and adjust it slightly.
