I understand now truth is I don't think I've ever played that game I just love doing fan art so I do a lot of characters that I've never played the game and that happens to be one of them.

They both look realistic, but #1 looks more realistic, and the skin detail is excellent. On #2, teeth don't look realistic, and the warm lighting or Translucency (I'm guessing) not showing as much detail as #1, the detail is still there, but it's just not popping out as much as #1.
