Which Skin and sculpting is more realisticly and better 1 or 2 ?

They both look realistic, but #1 looks more realistic, and the skin detail is excellent. On #2, teeth don't look realistic, and the warm lighting or Translucency (I'm guessing) not showing as much detail as #1, the detail is still there, but it's just not popping out as much as #1.

Sculpting of 1, but skin of 2. But then again, I have a bias towards red hair and freckles
