I'd just find that surface and change it from the default to an iRay Glass/Mirror. Check your ray traces, anything under 6 won't reflect anything. Doubt this is the case since you can see something. Chances are you might need to raise some of the surface settings of the glass or have some light actually hitting that mirror.You don't have permission to view the spoiler content. Daz is like anything else you are not going to pick it up and a master first go. there is a learning curve but I like this program better for character creation than other apps like Zbrush.Honestly.. Mess, I'm sure of it.
Either way, after swearing so many times (and I think that N7 can confirm, since I did it so much in private), I came to the conclusion.. that I think I fully understand what doing a "Render" is and how much time can take per day to do one after another for an update.
In the end, this is what I came up with.

Few tips.
rotate that camera. whenever working on a pose it is a good thing to rotate the camera around the character to see what is doing what.
use the spot render tool. the small camera with the arrow on the too bar near the arrow. this is almost a necessity if you get into adjusting the shape of your character. what looks good in Texture shade may not look good in rendered.
get pictures. fill up a flash drive with reference pictures. they will help you visually see poses you may see in your mind. that way it is easy to adjust the figure into a more natural pose
Multiple steps.Ok, I'm planning a scene where one character wearing dforce clothing is sitting on a couch, while another with dforce hair is laying on the couch, using the first character's lap as a pillow. My question is should I try the dforce sims in one go, or do multiple steps?
Did you uncheck CPU from "Render Settings", "Advanced" tab?This is technically the second render I ever set up, but I was an idiot and didn't realize that my CPU was bottlenecking my GPU and the render kept crashing. Finally got to finish it now that I know what I'm doing.
