I think I have a corrupt scene set with the house and pools. Put this together in just a couple of minutes and every thing works as normal. The house set was trying to load 6.5 Gib of bitmaps into base and GPU memory at same time, it looked like. I hate to have to drop back 10 and punt, but may have to... Of course the whole scene is totally different and not heavy at all.
Been sharing my renders with my partner, she likes these ones infinitely better than Magical Restart's characters so far.
What do ya'll think? Below, on the far right, are the same two characters with different outfits - I made a few adjustments to them both, which makes me like them better in the pose above.

Playing around with the Beverly HD character for Brooke 8.1. Solid asset.
Minor modifications... New mats & eyes. The only morph touched was to add some gravity to the breasts

Took me more test renders this morning than I care to admit to dial in the character on the left side;

I had to Compress this one a bit from 17MB to 11MB .
.
Same image as above, but with the exposure dropped to 15 (was 14 in previous). Now I'm thinking it's even better, as it's an indoor scene, the blown out lighting erased some of the gorgeous textures in the skin, as well as the shine, and subtle winkles where the flesh morphs due to the expression.
