how about trying to open the image and do a nice zoom ... maybe you realize that they don't just touch the heels ... but about the fact that the pose can be better you are right

Her feet are around 20 degrees off of flat to the floor, in fact her heel tips have sunk into the floor....I can see that without zooming in...
