Hi everyone, new guy here.


Just started using DAZ ten days ago, so here's a quick draft for self-educational purposes.
I tried to match the... kawaii style of the original Ayane promo shots, but mostly this was to check how HDRI, ambient lighting and camera exposure should be balanced in a complex environment setting.

Next pic is another render I had canceled because it was still at 30% after 5 hours. The "max quality" preset really meant it
Subject is a G3F I designed from scratch, to practise DAZ character creation and to test the G3 Growing Up Skin. I think it looks a bit cheesy with the default shaders. There are some rimlights too which were meant for an indoor shot.

Well that's the first two DAZ renders I ever published. Comments and feedback are welcome.

I'm already waiting for this visual novel. I hope you will find time for the weekend at least for the demo version. Who knows ... If the concept of the game is good enough, it can gain popularity very quickly. Although, if you invest enough time and energy in the first release, there will definitely be a return.

Here is a quick concept render in 4K with terrible lighting. I just wanted to do something with this earth/moon orbit HDRI.
Somehow my backlighting didn't work out as it should, maybe I should start watching some tutorials.



Don't ask why a half-naked girl is riding on a robot in outer space, it's all some weird animeshit.
Model is Aya by the same creator as Ayane above, I only did the posing and camera work.

Unless you have a really large 4K monitor, you may have to zoom in to 100% size for the details.
Because of this I also made a new camera shot with some prefab studio lights and DoF.
