Honestly feel this image would be so much more successful without the blue gloves. Or even a different pair of gloves. Maybe you could even change the lighting separately just for the gloves so as to add some definition to them? As it stands now they just look too much like 2D in a 3D image.

I LOVE the lighting, and I what asset are the black pants? The only thing of note, be careful with the placement of the redhead's right hand on her hip. That minor gripe aside, it's a great pic.
