I'm new at this...lighting is really hard to figure out.

I would advise going on youtube and looking for "Blender lighting tips" or words to that extent. Whilst it is a different program - The theory behind it is transferable. One of the great things about blender is that there are 1,000 different tutorials for nearly every aspect. Crazy. But super helpful.
As for a tip on this picture, I would raise the main light so it focuses more on the face and the edges of the lighting hinting toward the breast. But that is just me,decent effort though if you are trying to get to grips with things.
