I think it depends on the camera angle and lighting. She does have a thin nose. Here's a higher resolution version of her in a normal standing pose, no makeup or expressions (I was just working on her some more). The game uses 1280x720 screenshots, so you have never seen her in this detail! hehe...Good game....don't think there's a Fan Art page...you could start one!
Nice render and I like your version of her.
In some renders in the game, unfortunately, her face has bit of a post op 'Michael Jackson' look to it!
