I know to adjust the clothes, smooth modifier was a blind spot. Thanks.I will usually just add a smoothing modifier...

Then adjust the smoothing to 5 and the collision to 5 as well, that usually does it.

If not, than you can usually adjust most clothing to be a little larger, expanded etc.
