Thanks for taking the time explaining this.
Depending on how many light sources you have and how bright they are they add a lot of noise to the image which is percieved as grain. You will either need to tweak light settings or you need more iterations.

I think your problem is with the lighting. Depending on the position of your lighting (spotlight, etc.), this can cause grain in the water.

here's a small example, this image was rendered with 500 iterations, one with a spotlight directed towards the water and the other with a hdri source only.

Thank you. I will try it for sure and I guess you have right with the lighting. (y)

The figures and other enviroments looking great at the end of the rendering just the water is noisy. How can I make it smooth without to use denoiser? Thanks.
Try this one already denoised as .jpg It may do what you want... and may not could try I guess

Giant 1, taken by surprise
The giant entered the room so quietly that I didn't notice anything. He coughed to get my attention. I closed my legs to hide my crotch.
Him: Will you read me a book? Later. After you...
Me: Yes. Do you want me to read it right now?
Him: Oh, no. You finish. I'll wait here. Can I?

The Giant 2, Encyclopedia of Monsters
The giant sat me down in front of him. I was reading the Encyclopedia of Monsters aloud. It was a chapter about Shrek's youth. Shrek was funny, and the giant was shaking with laughter and trying to push me off the stump with his big belly. Why were we sitting on the stump? Because it didn't break under my and the giant's weight. And we could laugh without the fear of ending up on the floor among the wreckage of a stool or chair.
