It's just simple.
One word is the answer: "Practice"! As much as you can. Try everything. Play around with textures, hairstyles and light.
Maybe try using the Aux Viewport in Daz when you are working on a scene. You can check the result of what you`re doing in the render preview. This makes a lot of things much easier and will reduce your time you are working on a picture.

The light in the background looks like there are two lamps?
Render looks nice are litel bit to dark for me but i thing that is for you game?

How can i improve indoor lights? I think im lacking some soft and warm lfx to make the image look less "griddy". Current render settings usually do full render in about 300 iterations, which is not much, but very cool for game production.
