Learn using Shader Presets on surfaces for your clothing. You can definitely get a better looking outfit!

Yeah, I tried to replicate the pressure the shirt made over the breast, but I need to improve the approach.

If we are talk about realistic case then this type of shirt is not suitable for such breast pressure. The fabric is too light.
Try wear some tigh bra under shirt.
BUT render really good.
