Don't worry about the default settings of this script slightly modifies the face while keeping the facial characteristics. So.. I played almost all day on DAZ today.. and the only render I finished was this one.. and was a quickie as well..
Nothing worked today.. no inspiration.. no ligths.. too much light.. colission.. g3.. g8.. convert.. bend.. twist.. I said twist not bend (changed colour in the menu) fuck sake.. 1h work at single and simple pose and did not like it at the end.. shift delete.. not a good day at all.

I'd probably just add a strong rim-light from the left to give her left side some definition, bring her out from the shadows. Maybe also add a simple, large plane object behind the camera so her clothes pick it up in their reflection, too. Nice render, either way.
