So, while I've been reasonably happy with Bailey, the Victoria 4 eyes were showing their age and I wasn't able to get her nails to work right. I copied over a french manicure from a genesis 3 character (actually just the maps and changed the UV to genesis 3 female base), and now these work. Happily I had a pose that seems to show both the nails and the eyes
Calling her "done" from a development point of view, at least until anagenessis 3 releases when I will have to try her with a different skin shader.
