The character is good so far, there could perhaps be a little more traces of life and fighting on her. The historically inconsistent mixture of clothing and armament makes me think of an end-of-the-time scenario where you take what is lying around. She could have been a historian in a museum before the apocalypse suddenly struck. In addition to the dirt on the skin, maybe some blood from the zombie she recently killed and some lubricating oil from the generator that has to be kept running whenever the scouts find some fuel. In the background the skyline of the city or what is left of it, illuminated by the warm orange of the sunrise.
