ah i see thank you but can i ask why some time the game just gone pure black or pure white after i complete some towers or go out of the gacha machine

You must choose the best option to lose less forces. You must choose wisely on what actions your soldiers must take. Either the Adjutant or the Captain will give you a bad suggestion and will get a lot of your soldiers killed in action.

The outskirts right now is an optional part of the game. It is still not finished, don't worry, you will not be missing any new content if you can't progress there.
