Looks like a new update is about to come out (in August or September, maybe)!
The last update (4.0) was very good! The updates before it, although promising, resembled a technical demo, not a game. The new update (5.0) will be very big, the biggest even. I can't wait!
I didn't understand what is the first screen you're talking about! The one with the pregnancy test?
