From what I quickly played but honestly it's more like a few min of content at most.
Cuckold seems to be avoidable. Then again didn't seem like there was anything else there the MC and FMC don't seem to have any scenes of doing it.
I don't know why this has the NTR tag but ok didn't feel like NTR to me at all.
Pregnancy chance seems to be broken the first time it was a positive then always negative no matter if it said 100% or 50%.
The pics in op show the FMC being used sexually (oral and what looked like anal or vaginal) by the gang member even shows a positive pregnancy test so they must've gotten her preg considering she has a boyfriend that's being forced into it so definitely NTR
I don't think the game is for me I don't enjoy spending my actual time playing and trying to make the right dialog options just so someone else has sex with my LI I like being rewarded for my time playing a game certainly don't want to play mass effect so at the end someone else comes in gets the girl and the credit for saving the world there has to be a reason to play a reward and having my LI get preg by someone else not my kinda reward
I mean no disrespect to those who enjoy that content just my personal opinion
So if NTR is the only content for the game avoidable or not there's nothing there for me to play
