Personally, I am a fan of AI art, and AI-oriented games of 2024 have a significant number of fans, such as My New Girlfriend, which attracted 700 supporters in Patron in two months !

Depends a bit on who you ask, but I know what you mean.
I generally liked the approach of GGGB, where you had a boyfriend at the beginning, and so easily had some mature content, without the protag being a slut from the beginning. But we'll see.
I feel like with this game most of the hate is because it didn't start with Ai art it was the developers drawings and was actually good then they replaced it with Ai artWouldn't surprise me, by all the hate and negativity one gets, because of the AI-Art
But I also hope it will continue
I can easily see why someone would use AI art, especially for a porn game. Get it done quick and cheap and not have incest too much. These aren’t big budget games.
I like how fast things went in this game. The slow burn and buildup is nice but there are other games doing that already

Personally, I found the writing and English translation to be exceptionally bad with this title. In a time where perfectly fine translation tools exist I can't help but get the feeling that it was out of pure laziness.
The developer is on F95 pretty regularly still, but there's not a single new post on his Patreon or on F95, so I'm guessing he's just abandoned it regardless of his Patreon post from March where he's apologized for the inactivity...which is now almost 6 months ago.
Safe to say the dev never took it seriously, which is a big issue in the world of VN games. You can prolly count the number of VN developers who actually take it seriously on two, maybe three hands. Lots of people out there just hoping to make a little money without much effort, then quitting after a couple months.
