If I read it correctly, and I basically played more than 75% of the game with "skip" perma pressed, "Mama" is stopping everyone from doing anything to her.
He has been there for over a decade, is really rich and very powerful with a LOT of influence.
But he is also self declared a rebel and Kira has contacts within KGB.
So there could be a side quest with two options both of which would get "mama" out of jail
One for the rebels, recruiting him and getting him to come out by himself, as he says he can but is actually using his money and influence to stay in jail.
And another for the KGB, telling someone there about Mama and then he just "mysteriously disappears" somewhere else.

I also noticed how the fetishes don't currently do much when walking naked at night on the park or when working on the bar, nor when working out on the gym or talking to random strangers at night.
I did the whole "New You" and hospital quests and the prison quest with always choosing the stupid public slut path and she with all the fetishes and she still won't accept random strangers call for sex, she won't have sex with anyone on the park nor will she have sex with people on the gym or the bar, even with way over 64 lust and -12 intelligence.
She has a sexual compulsion and still refuses when the guy on the bar offers her 50 bucks to go crazy with everyone on the bar, when she should actually accept to do that even for free even if no one suggests it.
There are a lot of molestation scenes and exhibitionism scenes, but overall, rare and hard to get, yet you can only see once sex scenes.
I kind of wanted to have an Olga sex scene or even shared gangbang after she finally convinced Olga to go to New You and become a slut. Maybe even with her roommate that also became a part of New You and a threesome that you can trigger daily with the two male neighbors in the dorm.
There could even be one where she fuck "Bull" while exercising instead of the dildo after having enough lust and all the fetishes.
I thought that, during the prison quest, with enough lust and fetishes, she could even accept the other girl's offer to ask the guard to be put on the pole or go to the shower more times, maybe even offer herself to the guy on the solitary or get some "solitary" special treatment herself.

These were all my main thoughts while playing the "dumb slut path".
Kind of anxious to see what you guys are gonna come up with, as I want to see what you add to the city center, get her to work on the hotel, go out of the city and things like that.
But I really hope you add more sex scenes you can repeat every day, public sex scenes, group sex scenes, exhibitionism scenes and overall her acting like a self accepting public dumb slut.
PS: I had her take the "Slut" crotch tattoo on the jail tattoo artist AND on the prison quest, she still got the "free use" tattoo and it covered the "Slut" tattoo.

In the old version kira looked soo hot alot better than in the new update!
