It has been a few years since I've last played it and it's both good and bad how the game turned out to be.
- good: the game is still good, writing, art, gameplay (kinda), style, characters, etc.
- bad: the amount of porn is ridiculously small, before Vivarium there is maybe one bj scene and three sex scenes (one in the park and two in jail), nothing more and all of them are not repeatable + some hypno/sex toys scenes, corruption also kinda sucks
Seriously, how the hell there is so little porn in this game is beyond me, on top of that corruption tag is misleading - MC is getting corrupted in scenes, then poof and all the corruption goes to the split personality while MC is unchanged, it has its charm for the story and writing, but for the porn this is terrible.

You'll need to unlock "New You" either by being brainwashed by the officer or progressing the main story.

There is far more porn than that, like in the hospital with the "new me" quest, in the bar at work, in your rebel base with the "internet VR", in the gym.... you just didn't find it, and yes there is more porn in the vivarium zone than the town zone
Corruption/hypno/transformation is THE MAIN THEME of this game, so of course if for you it's not "real porn" you won't enjoy the game
NO, just no... You are totally wrong, corruption affect the MC by replacing her original personality with a new one, either the psycho badass, or the bimbo slut... also the intellect level make those 2 personality have 2 sub personality
So MC can have multiple personality 3 or 4 different, dumb bimbo, psycho bimbo/not bimbo, badass rebel... with a lot of dialogue and story changes for each of them

Apparently, an error has crept into the new version when operating the diner. From the third guest onwards, there are noticeable delays in the movement, the display of Kira's avatar and the speed of the text. It goes so far that you have to wait up to 15 seconds for the last guest before an executed mouse click also leads to Kira's movement.
Another error, Analrapist remains at 2/3, although you have completed the third visit.
For the implant, the counter for the rubles remains at 0/15, although you have already earned something.
The counter for the work in the diner remains at 0/4, even though you have already completed the harassment events and the bar has been unlocked.
Question: Is it perhaps because I didn't sell the Tolstoy jacket for rubles and didn't immediately repair the implant? Do I have to do this before I can make further progress in other quests?

Yes, but the core personality is not changed and in majority of scenes this is the personality that decides everything so other personalities are all talk but no action. In scenes where other personalities of MC can actually do something this is actually quite nice, but these scenes are very rare.
If the town zone had similar density of sex scenes to vivarium the game would be almost perfect - even if they were locked in the beggining before MC reaches certain point in story, stats or both.
Come on, the game is 5 years in development, I understand that the dev is not in a great situation and the rest of the game is quite developed, but the porn aspect is lacking.

Quite late answer, but you can just sell the jacket, you will get another one when you get back to him, as for the counter for rubles, just ignore it, it doesn't affect anything really.
About the diner - yeah, I've had the same issue, not THAT bad, but I still had to wait holding a button good 2 seconds before the click registered, but my PC is pretty beefy so that might have helped.
