Settings, general tab, near the bottom, tick the box, then start/resume the game and there will be a box labeled 'cheats' above the save and options onehow tf i can use cheats?
If you're locked in then yes you stayed too long, but don't worry, you can still get out. When does school end and how to I leave, I went to front yard and its locked am i locked in because i stayed to long?
Ya I found school ends around 3pm in game and if you get locked in you can climb out through the back playgroundIf you're locked in then yes you stayed too long, but don't worry, you can still get out.
I think there was a way out in the back yard and in one of the bathrooms. Ladders?
That does remind me about trying to get in the hospital underground for a scene ages ago. I honestly don't remember what I did to keep my trauma and stress up. I think I had stripped naked and kept entering/leaving the hospital and getting random scenes till I fainted.anyone finding it a bit hard to wake up in a hospital after going unconscious from the stress? II've triggered it at various locations and trauma levels, but I haven't been able to get to the asylum or get therapy or even wake up in the hospital.
yea, tried that. It used to be almost every tiime you fainted, you'd get hospiitalized as long as you weren't on the police wanted list thing. Same with ass parasites and the river event in the forest. Used to be very common, but now I can only get it after trying to farm the raining forest for days. Not hours, days. And that's not even guarenteeing the parasite event. That does remind me about trying to get in the hospital underground for a scene ages ago. I have found that while many of the game's elements are RNG based, the rng itself is deterministic on reload.Maybe it is a bug? Or maybe the hospitalisation/fainting has changed recently. I do know that the psudo-random stuff can be weird. Usually if you fail an event it doesn't matter how many times that you try and reload from your quick save you will fail a second time. So when I would try to steal from the stimulant dealers; if I failed I would go loiter in the streets and let a few minutes pass before trying my skulduggery attempts again. I know that doesn't really help that much because you don't always get to choose where your trauma comes from or where you risk fainting next.
I try and get a few parasites on the first day as well; but it usually requires a lot of save scumming entering the forest so I can still go about my day the way I want.
PS: Ass insecurity when? I want some; 'Oh my god Becky, Look at her butt!' or 'What a flat ass' sort of teasing.
yep, also know this. I realized it awhile back and that's how I've been doing things ever since. So yea, after a day of just searching the forest for a day, I'll reload, maybe go into gwelyns' shop, and then the events I get while searching ini the forest are different. I do this a lot actually, and even with that, it took me forever to get the ass parasites. Maybe just luck, but I think the chances are too low atm while back in the past it may have been too high. I think it's because of all the events about the various plants you can harvest and they probably don't code in % chances so because there's such a variety of plants you can harvest and only one river event, river event just gets buriied. Same with going unconcious and getting put on stretch to goto hospital event Ii've been having issues with. I think they just kept adding variety but all the other variety is just more rape essentially, so chances of getting hospitalized now are too low, even if you faint on the street the hospital is located on.I have found that while many of the game's elements are RNG based, the rng itself is deterministic on reload.
What I mean by that is that if you reload a save and select the exact same actions in the same order, you will get the same results 99.9% of the time. If you want to effectively save scum for an event, you need a second unrelated action that you can take once, return to the spot with the option you want to grind (effectively getting yourself a whole new set of rolls to check), then redo again until it happens. Some things, like school events, can still happen in the same order though even with this skip.
I am not complaining by any means as this design means you actually need to puzzle your way out of bad situations (rather than just reloading until fate gives you a break), which nicely fits the theme of the game. However, it is a strat you absolutely need to know about when searching out the games rarer events.
IIRC, it's Twine.Alright, I have to ask, google is freaking useless for this.
What template is this made in? I know it's HTML based, but I can't for the life of me figure out just what template this uses. I have seen it used by a large number of other games, and I want to try my hand at making something in it myself, but it seems to be literally impossible to find out, and any google searches just lead me to DOS and Windows XP based programs.
Thanks, I had looked at twine but the default style looked like a different (and substantially worse) collection of games, I had to dig around a bit to figure out that it was Sugarcube. I may start something soon, who knows, seems like the engine is simple enough for me to use it.Twine/Sugarcube
