there is a setting to have a cheats on, only for moderate and advance in the game mode section of Tweak preferences(moderate)/game settings(advanced)

it's fine now. I redownload the game, starting a new save and overwrite the old save

saving to file should work on the latest apks (all thanks to me, mwahahaha!). transfer it to your pc and load from that file, your achievement progress will be carried as well.
