It is avoidable though, you can go through a game without ever getting raped, you aren't totally helpless, you have a few avenues to defend yourself or end encounters on your terms.

It IS avoidable. Max out your willpower, turn down "The rate that events are triggered by allure" to min - 0.2 (default is 1.0.) and you (almost) won't meet any creeps.
Don't use/do things that raise your allure, use/do things that lower your allure:
Don't want to be dominated by Kylar - don't raise their suspicion
Don't want to be dominated by Eden - don't walk around the forest when you are being hunted
Don't want to be dominated by Robin - don't raise their dominance
Don't want to be dominated by Whitney - dismiss them
Don't want to be dominated by Avery - don't walk around the city on Saturdays
Don't want to be dominated by Leighton - don't provoke them or blackmail them
Don't want to be dominated by Morgan - don't go to the sewers when you don't need to
Don't want to be dominated by wolves/tentacles/eels/snakes/other beasts or monsters - Options - Game - Togglable Features
And if you will go again about "but I'm not able to dominate my girlfriends!"- I would answer that you won't be a submissive either. You would be able to change positions, to penetrate/be penetrated in whatever places you want, to decline/not initiate sex when you don't want it.

You can enable cheats, open the cheats menu - ctrl+F - type in "Angel" and change "0" or whatever number is there to 50+ and in a few days you will become an angel.

It would be nice to be able to access our wardrobe at the tailor/clothing shop. Unless the back-and-forth is a design choice, it's kind of a nuisance.
Does anyone know if there are plans to add toys? Vibes, eggs, beads, onahole, plugs - both normal and tail varieties, vibrating panties. These are just some of the things that I think fit the theme, especially if they're forced on the MC.

So basically, it seems that is you who overreacted, by ranting first because you don't like something is clearly not "your cup of tea", then making a bold assesment of the dev, and then keep arguing about... well anything. You're just twisting and finding ways to make replies to keep your "arguments", which in the end are about nothing except excuse you.

It IS stupid to state my preferences when I have something else in front of me that I picked or chosen.
If I'm dragged to watch an action movie, then of course it makes sense to complain. But if I'm willingly going.. then I just shut up.
A warrior is offering swords to fight, and you're complaining that it lacks options, since you can't kill undead with it. Just find a Cleric that can give you a mace, or don't face undead. But don't point at the warrior saying "you like to see people getting cut, that's why you offering swords" because in the end, it doesn't changes or helps anything.

Considering how often players keep coming to complain about the lack of dominat options in submissive games, seems like things need to be more obvious. *shrug*

Named NPC or random ? For random you can change that in the settings, you'll see a "likelyhood of NPC having pale skin" and another one with "dark" skin, turn that to 100, personnaly I turn both of them at 50

No no, I mean named NPCs. I don't consider random encounters to be actual NPCs, since they don't have names.
I know about the settings, but I like to keep random encounters varied, and be specific about NPCs.

If my memory serves me well, then you have to have anal pregnancy toggled on to get any real use from the Pet Shop. There's specific enemies in the game that can impregnate you through anal currently, and the Pet Shop sells you supplies to help you keep your baby once you give birth to them. I do believe that Tentacles can impregnate you in this manner?

Yes, the tentacles or swarms have to be on, along with anal and anal pregnancy. Probably easier with tentacles. Only the thick tentacle can get you pregnant. If it penetrates your ass and ejaculates, you will receive a message saying something scares you after the ejaculation. This means you are pregnant. There are 3 stages. once you reach stage 3 go to the hospital and inquire about your stomach. After that you can purchase a small tank at the pet shop to give birth to your baby in. Follow what it tells you. You will be able to buy upgrades for the tank and more.

why if my MC got anal pregnant by a tentacle monster the creature is addressed as "the parasites in your stomach" and not "the tentacle monster in your stomach"? you telling my MC wont bread a tentacle monster Jr but a random parasite like creature? if this is the case I will be a sad panda...
BTW how long does it take to incubate? got it the first week of starting the game and i am at week 4 in the game and still can't breed it. will i get a sign to start the breeding process or it will come out by it's own? also i find a pond in the lake, is there any reason to bread it here isntead of the aquarium at the orphanage? According to the FAQ, incubation is a 3 step process.
At 4 weeks yourself, I think you need to go to the hospital, to trigger the birthing, or something like that.
You can give birth at home, in a fish tank which can be upgraded at the pet shop in the shopping.
And don't forget to feed him.
It can go only 3 days without or it'll die, best bet is to go straight to the pet shop and buy upgraded food (which lasts longer. The more expensive the food, the longer it lasts, so better spend some bucks there just in case you get stranded from home can't feed him), and alternatively buy upgraded tanks (which lets you keep more childs).
