Yes. But there ain't much interactions between them tho.
Robin will just lose "Love" if you are spotted being affectionate with others, nothing else.
Whitney doesn't care, and so with most of the love interests. Except Kylar or Avery, they do react negatively if they see you with others

It's generally better to keep it at like 3 or smth.

Could be because of your mods? Most aren't updated for 4.6 last i checked. Surprised they still work with mostly no issues. Rooftop struggle/fight has no issues for me on vanilla.
