There's a mist hanging around the compound or smth like that.

On this game in particular, RNG is also based on your skill, since depending on your actions the bad events can be quite either common or not
Yeah in some places yeah, like going streaking at night in back alleys....that's not rng that's asking for it, but 1/10 chance you get assaulted no matter what you pick or your skill level...that's rng
