Play vanilla if it's your first time, DoL Plus changes up a lot of things. Transmod Plus is just a merger of DoLP and Transmod.

Both are subjective opinions, so I'm not sure where you're trying to get swapping one for the other. Frankly this is worse than trying to tell whether a game is good, since how is anyone supposed to know what you like?

Regardless of what I like/I'm into, the manner in which some content is portrayed can change the average persons view of it by a lot. E.G does it depict vore in a really grotesque manner that would startle the average person, or is it something you can just skip through and get back to the content you were here for.
There is vore but its not gruesome and there is no death. You'll pass out then wake up somewhere else.
There are also toggles to turn off content, so you don't even have to see certain things.

the game is like 17mb. it takes less time to dl and try than to fish for opinions. the intro sequence (pay attention to it) is fairly short and designed not to waste the time of those uninterested. by the time you pass the tutorial (wo)man - you'll have a good idea whether it's your cup of tea or not.

One; you can turn off vore. If you are into that, I know that you can get swallowed by a giant snake, a whale, and/maybe a earthworm? (Can't recall if the earthworm is one or not.) If you are into watersports, you can turn that on. It all matters on what content you want/like. Now the only thing I have seen with vore (due to the fact that I don't like vore but have played with vore on at one point,) is that you just get swallowed, orgasm, and then pooped out. You can either struggle to get free, or you allow yourself to be swallowed, and very quickly go on your marry way.
Two; technically, you can skip through most encounters very quickly, but it all matters in how you go about doing it. Are you meek and submissive? Or are you strong and abrasive? Again it depends on how you play the game and how you go about doing certain things. Most of the time, (unless you look things up on the wiki,) you'll be doing trial and error, especially if you are new at the game.

I played the latest DoL Plus and it had the option for "reverse rape". There was even a toggle in the Attitudes menu to start combat like that if I'm not mistaken. But all it does is allow you to dictate the flow of the sex combat, it doesn't change any dialogue or options.
If you visit Harper, he'll point you to Temple. While Harper does it for a wrong reason, he does a right thing: you need to ask Jordan how to do that.
