To this extent? Nowhere near as broad with as much depth and content. But there are good games that give me similar type of dopamine.
[Free Cities Pregmod] (not on F95, its the continued version of Freecities) dystopian Science Fiction management simulation where you run a extreme libertarian arcology
[Fort of Chains] (inspired by Free Cities) you manage a band of slavers in a fantasy world (with a surprisingly in depth city building aspect to it)
[Lona RPG] has a fairly open sandbox world with encounters and an RPG system.
All three games have a really solid depth with a truly sandboxy feel. But they are much more focused in scope. In Fort of Chains, for example, you will *always* be playing the leader of a slaving band. You can't form a kingdom or become a solo dungeon crawling adventurer.
Whereas in DoL you can play a off the grid feral living in the woods or you can be a grade A student with a side hustle of archaeology.
I don't know how to link the games directly or I would.
Hopefully we eventually come across the fly that lays the giant maggots in the Elk Street Landfill.

What I can say from trying this one before is that it's an excel spreadsheet game with occasional sexy text. It's all just numbers and how to make right numbers better. The sex parts are dry and you'll be getting off to the idea of it more than what's actually given.
That one's more of a game that happens to have sex from what I've seen of it. The art style isn't immediately appealing with tje depictions either I'd say.

How do I get bunny and bear? I haven't seen a single bunny so idk what to do.
And maybe bears work the same as wolves where they just shoot at you or vice versa.

Check the folder structure, I've seen it get messed up with images getting put an additional folder in on some dolmods downloads. Also just to cover the obvious, make sure you've extracted everything in the first place.

Edit: Altough truth be told my rape-fame is "low-key" and i don't have it either~ XD
a short search on the Wiki revealed:
that you can probably only get "Rape" writings during "Rape encounter" from the npc participating.
