Beeesss is still pretty good in this regard, especially for a lot of the earlier vanilla clothing. It's also the closest to 'vanilla' if you care about that sort of thing. Naturally outfits for males most of the time has no bust support and assume you're flat (a normal male). I don't know if Beeesss have been updated in a while though, even from the Community Pack. Their respective Gits indicate that there hasn't been an update since a year and a bit ago, but there are probably a few people doing direct Beeesss pack contributions to DoLP, at least.
Goose (normal, not Masc version) can also be pretty good as well, though it still has a few outfits that are more like fixed PNGs than anything (like the Shrine Maiden outfit, I think). Some of the outfits marked as for males also have bust size support as well, mostly because the normal Goose version was made for female-looking characters specifically. Though you can still dress pretty well as a male on the normal version.
As for Aoki, no idea. I was planning on trying it once the next update hits, but maybe I'll try it out a bit to see if I want to stick to Goose or not.
There are a few other image packs, but I don't think the other ones are as updated as the three mentioned here. Though Aoki was only a recent addition on DoLP's side and could potentially be not so complete compared to Beeesss and Goose? But if what you're actually looking for is an image pack with lewd larger bust support, Beeesss tends to still win in this, as the outfits in general were made more lewder-looking. On the other hand, while Goose's outfits are generally more modest than Beeesss, because the character doll body direction 'faces you' directly, them melons can at times stand out a lot more compared to the Beeesss 45 degrees-ish standing angle pose.
I have to disagree with you there. I've given some extensive testing to the latest version and found that for the largest (2) bust sizes, very few clothes actually display the real size. I can probably count them on my fingers.
So no, Beeesss is not good in that regard. It's still my image pack of choice, but definitely needs a lot of work in the clothes adjustment.

Sadly the most balanced one right now is Goose which leans more to a cute design and not large breast sizes like Hikari. But well you won't get glitches from maxed out breast size at least.
It looks nice but sometimes I like more that unrealistic hentai stuff, like seeing a huge difference between being flat chest vs largest size.
I guess my memory is a bit fuzzy on Beeesss on that part. The last time I really used Beeesss was when Hikari had its own functioning combat art, and even then I tend to almost always use the same outfits in almost every run, which did show to a degree. But back then even on DoLP you could only set up to Pert breast size as well so getting breasts probably big enough to even knock out Whitney with a single good boob slap took time.
Speaking of which, joke(?) 'natural' weapons that scale off the sexual skills and/or size should totally be added into the game. Like say the boob slap, this would be added in as a 'natural weapon' that doesn't deal as much damage but doesn't anger as much, while also causing self Arousal damage (and Stress, or perhaps even Control damage if you tried this with your non-existent breasts, unless restricted to having the part above a certain size). Perhaps one could even try to smother their opponent with their enormous breasts (or butt) to submission? And as a possible future Dom/Sub mechanic, one could use their breasts to dominate their opponent's breasts (if they care about it) in a good old Breastling match! Can you make female Whitney mad by having breasts big enough that her attempts to show dominance over you by squishing her breasts against yours backfires spectacularly? A gateway to allowing player control over their own (and their enemy's) breasts and butt in battle (and events, via more breast envy)!
But well, back to the original point, nowadays I use Goose. While Beeesss is more lewder in general, I like Goose's cute style better. At least Goose doesn't have Hikari's thing with how having max size breasts makes them 'spill out' of the smartphone display next to the character (though I think this was fixed on DoLP at one point, or was it for only Goose?). I usually play Goose + Mysterious, but it's a bit too bad that Mysterious is only designed for totally flat characters. I wish Hikari's combat art could be brought back, but I hear it's a hassle of a code to do to make it compatible with the current latest version.

Degrees of Lewdity 0.5.5.5 is available. It adds Avery's mansion, a new home location on Danube Street, unlocked after Avery wins the card game at Bailey's flat, and the PC sufficiently charms Avery. This might be the largest DoL update yet.
I also have some bad news though. It seems my SubscribeStar has been soft banned, if that's the term. I can't post, and people can no longer subscribe or be billed. I've contacted support, but have yet to receive a reply, so I'm not sure what the exact problem is. I suspect it has something to do with the recent troubles with privacy and censorship around the world, and in the UK in particular. I talk about it a bit more on my blog:
I've no intention of stopping development, but if all traces of me are wiped from the internet tomorrow, know that making DoL has been a privilege that I never took for granted, and I have no regrets.
