I've been thinking a bit about Bailey and what kind of income he makes with his orphanage. It requires some assumptions:

1. There are other kids in the orphanage. Random events confirm this, but it's hard to discern how many other kids there are. I'm assuming 10 total just as a pure guess on my part.
2. The other kids pay rent at the same rates you do. Since Robin pays the same this seems reasonable.
3. The other kids fail to make their payments sometime after hitting the 2,000 tier and are punished in similar ways.
3a. However the Eden punishment appears to be reserved for the MC as Bailey never shows up with more orphans for Eden.
3b. The farm punishment is weird too because it assumes the child returns after a week. Honestly both Eden and the Farm are strange things for Bailey to do since they both deprive him of income and don't let him reuse the room.
4. Bailey has a ready supply of Orphans to replace ones he loses. He/She is so blase about losing Orphans they are clearly not worried about running out. I am assuming 2 weeks to find a replacement and then get them started on the escalating rent.
5. I assume the player takes over Robin's rent so he/she is not sold off.
6. The UK has a weekly £18 stipend for caring for orphans.
7. The dinner party child servant rental fee is £150, same as if you knocked on the door on Danube street.
8. The underground farm stud fee is £500, purely a guess on my part
9. The underground brothel child sex slave purchase price is £1000, another guess on my part, and probably conservative.
10. With the 10 orphans 2 of which are the MC and Robin, but the rest cycle as above, suffering the escalating rents until after a month at the £2000 level they fail and suffer the two lesser punishments before being sold to the brothel.
11. Bailey's talk about "debt" you must pay off is complete bullshit.

Given all of these conditions, I worked out his gross yearly income at £573,572, or approximately $765,000. Abusing defenseless orphans is really profitable, even with a pretty small number of them to take care of. Obviously Bailey has expenses too, he probably has to pay off the cops, not to mention taxes, maintenance, and utilities. Still, the take home must be over half a million a year. One wonders what they do with it given how miserable they seem to be.

I've attached the spreadsheet if anybody else wants to play with the numbers.

In doing research for that calculation I discovered with some amusement that there is a mod that allows you to "pay off" your debt to Bailey and the very first assumption is that the lying rapist child sex trafficker and pimp is operating in good faith.

As someone who lived in both a children's home and a group home, I guarantee there's more than 10 kids. There might be ten kids in the protag's age group. Or up to thirty. It would probably look something like this, 10-30 kids five and under, 10-30 ages six to ten, 10-30 ages eleven to fifteen. 10-30 ages sixteen and up (probably our group). So, 40 to 120 children.

My understanding with the current story is that the orphans don't have to pay until they reach 18, then once they're adults he withholds their documentation and forces them to pay him back for raising them. So my assumption is that there's probably quite a few orphans that don't have to pay, but most of the scenes with other orphans does focus around their debts.

Although I think Bailey may only take on children who can earn enough money to pay his rents. He's definitely not running a charity. That would probably exclude the kids under 10 for the most part, although they might get the Oliver Twist treatment. None of the events mention smaller children either.

You get a picture of your younger self at one point. I don't remember what age it says you are in the photo, but I'm pretty certain it's a photo of you as a child at the orphanage.

Personally, I can only barely tolerate Whitney's existence. The very first time I played, I ended up doing the dismissal event on them (and Kylar before that) on that run. Kylar was only dismissed before that because of that forced event where Whitney forces the Kylar abduction event on the PC, and I let them get shipped away to the prison.

Since then though, I've only barely tolerated Whitney's experience because while I think they are a piece of trash, their dismissal can't be reversed (unlike Kylar), so I instead decided to treat them as a free source of Combat Fame instead. I mean, who even acts like that as a bully? Also the fact that they keep trying to make the PC have sex with them in the open and sell them like a prostitute. I'm surprised Briar doesn't come down on their ass much earlier already for that, seeing as they already do if the PC engages in blatant prostitution too much outside of the Brothel.

Recently though I've started to think of Whitney more as a pitiful child of a sort. I mean, they keep getting their ass beat by me, try to ship me off to the Underground Brothel only to be saved from the same fate themselves by me multiple times, but even that doesn't get across to them that they really should stop trying that. Such a pitiful child, who cannot seem to grow, always needing to pretend that they are the bigger person, treating the PC is their plaything even though it's been the third time I've saved them from being gangbanged for the rest of their lives down in the Underground Brothel. I mean, they didn't think much of it, but even I feel bad about sending someone to that fate, the poor fool.

I hope if a content expansion for Whitney comes out, there would be a a 'submissive Whitney' side that can occur after you drop their Dominance to 0% and you save them from themselves, where Dominance instead turns to Submission and instead of trying to always pull things on me, they'd grovel at my feet instead, to the point where a high Submissive Whitney would almost be treated the same as Kylar by the 'popular people' in school.

Smaller children live in a seperate ward, which is why you rarely see them or interact with them. They are also treated better iirc.

So I could do the sane thing and play the game, or I could ask you all

Is there a part of this game where you can, legitimately, be the pet?

I think there's an old mod for something like that, but in the official game... you can be a farm animal? Does that count?

60% counts. Damn though, I thought with all the collars.
If you end up in the Underground Farm 'soft bad ending', the longer you stay there, the more you turn into a bull boy or cow girl (especially if you act like one, like happily eating grass and mooing at stuff). But the PC is being treated as livestock as opposed to a 'pet', breast milk and/or cum milking included.

Same if you end up locked up in the Dog Pound 'soft bad ending' - while you're treated like a dog, and so do the other dogs in the Dog Pound (or dog people, if you have monster people enabled), you're treated as like a dog in a Dog Pound that treats their stray dogs badly. But again this is a bit different as the PC doesn't end up getting 'sold' as a dog, but rather eventually gets treated like a prized racing dog, like those gray hound racing dogs. The Dog Pound workers still kind of see the PC is a human when it's convenient for them as well, like when a worker that enters your cage decides to rape you.

The only one I can think of where you can kind of act like a 'pet' is if you have the Wolf TF and you get caught, deliberately or not, by Eden? I think there are a few extra actions you could perform where Eden kind of pets you like a dog. But for Eden though, as far as they are concerned, the PC's main purpose to be by their side so that they're not as lonely living alone out deep in the forest, and more importantly, to be their bedwarmer for the night, so they mainly treat the PC as a human.

I've had to play around with the settings a lot (those bugs, ugh) to get it just the way I like it, but now I'm really enjoying it! And I look so cute in the game. I love the pixel art.

is there ending in this game or any goal? i didnt play this game yet
It's a sandbox. It seems like there's an underlying story of some kind buried in said sand if you go digging for it. It has no end game endings, only soft endings where you can keep playing. The goal is to... struggle to thrive, I suppose? It's fun.
