Just curious, but what have you found that's good in those containers? I raided the docks a few times but other than a recharge of pepper spray and some cash, there was nothing interesting to be found.
Prior to the latest update, it was just for TV parts ($400 Stolen Goods), Pink Swirly Vial ($1200 Stolen Goods), Gold Bar ($3000 Stolen Goods) or Fertilizer (unless using mods, costs $1000 if you run into it at the 30 Minute RNG Markets). There is also the chance to get the Catsuit, which helps reduce Crime gain just like the Long Leather Gloves (has the Stealthy clothing trait).

After the latest update, in the same container as where you find the Catsuit, you can also find some 'mechanical parts' in boxes marked with a peculiar symbol that is added into the pool (can only get Catsuit once; if you want more you have to get it from the Forest Shop). These 'mechanical parts' are not only worth $1000 as Stolen Goods, but they also do one other important thing - they reduce Soft World Corruption by 5 every time you steal them. So it means that other than helping Gwylan with their 'ritual', you can raid the Docks and steal these 'mechanical parts' to reduce Soft World Corruption now without needing to join the Temple to do so. You can find up to 0-3 of these 'mechanical parts' per raid, though most of the time you may find either none or just 1.

On an unrelated note, I do recall an event on Alexes farm with a dog and some visitor where the PC can get explsoed while being knotted. Or am I misremembering, since I can't recall triggering it this playtrough, no how to trigger it.
Can't recall either how to trigger it, but yes it's an event that can happen.
I think you're referring to an actual Feat you can get, 'A Knot to Remember'. It requires the dogs on Alex's Farm to penetrate and knot the PC after ejaculating into them.
I don't think it's a part of that feat? Since when reading about how to get it, it seems to suggest it has to be a nonconsensual encounter. And I can explicitly remember PC initiating that interacting, and then either letting the dog run to Alex, scold it, or grab onto the grass.

There are no separate silhouettes based on npc gender in the first place. And they're just that, silhouettes. They're not telling you more than where a character is and they won't tell you more.
On one hand, some variety could be neat...

...On the other, it would probably just mean randomly generated hair styles and clothing that would look like total disasters a lot of the time, at least outside of certain contexts (e.g. if you're at the beach, you can probably expect to see people in swimsuits...if you're assaulted by a monk or nun, then...yeah, obviously). There's also the issue of probably upsetting some people if certain named NPCs don't look the way they want them to.

Also, it would obviously be a monstrous amount of work to draw and animate. It's still unclear whether a revamped combat and animation system is forthcoming at this point, too.

Would like to see pregnancy content for Eden... given the character already has impregnation dialogue prior to the pregnancy update. Just kind of seems like an easy one to approach, I'm way too busy to work on anything like this right now or I would've tried to do it.

So does Kylar

The plan is for all LI to eventually have special pregnancy content so Eden will get their turn at some point.
