Those are inverted nipples, not nipple openings. It looks like something can be stuffed inside, but is impossible without further modification.

Those aren't nipple holes. That is when too much force is applied to a breast implant and it explodes, rupturing the skin, and the implant material shoots out like a rocket.

You'll also notice that in both cases, the rupture occurred below the nipple. The nipple was intact.
