Unreal Engine Delta Zone [v22.1 Hotfix] [DEVOLUTION]

Besides the Dev's incompetence. I feel like he's trying to make the gameplay slower pace, that's why he added another system I'm assuming, and cyberware, so you can grind to have basic UI info (and to basically lessen the grind by a small margin) I feel like that's why he changed looting too. But see, this works in tarkov, because let's be real, it's interesting lmao. In this game, there's simply not enough content to justify adding these systems yet. I'd much prefer AT LEAST another enemy. Either ranged or melee. Hell, like the big bug creature he's making, and zombies. Id be happy with that.

But he's focusing more resources on basically empty maps, with one enemy. It's just pointless. I guess you could count tentacles, but meh. They're more or less an obstacle.

The spawn rate of the tentacles are the bad thing about the tentacles. They spawn way to soon after you shot one.

Yeah, EFT has shit-tons of different loot and the whole system works and kinda makes sense. But this game is not Tarkov and never will be. Not only is the variety of loot in this game almost negligible, but it's also not the point of the game.

Tentacles are also useless cause they're restricted to their ponds. Which. You. Can. Avoid. Like that gag movie Shark pool "we can outsmart it, we just need a plan"... "Er, no, just don't go in the pool".

Yeah, maybe has something to do with me launching v.20.01 or how the new server side DRM works. Follow the old instructions and try to restore the crack.

Well, its a process to troubleshoot but at the front of the page, there is always the crack, fresh AF, people just have to download and unzip it to the game folder. And cracking isnt a new thing at all, i am doing it since 2006 i guess.

But anyway.. Here is the game, precracked, a readme whats transtlated to 26 languages with chatgpt..

Has anyone downloaded this? I can't connect to peers... Or is there a source?

Anyway, a couple tissues later, I decided to play it seriously and went to new game.

Got destroyed. I need some advice. I believe I'm good at first person shooters, but I can't aim well. There is no cross hair. If I had more time, I might have figured it out, but I only played for a few minutes. Going to try again tonight.

Find the traders an do quests to increase reputation and get better gunparts and cyberware. Avoid delta zone-s or your sanity will go down, try to get a hand scanner as fast as you can, its useful.

If you're playing with a "Good" setup it'll give you near full slots of Cyberware. 7.62 isn't provided at the start, but IMO it's the best ammo as it balances capacity, power, and range. Second best would be 5.56 or 12-Gauge since 5.56 is cheaper and lighter than 7.62, and 12-Gauge is very powerful without having the slow speed of .338 Lapua Magnum.

If you want one you need an eye implant or a laser and aim from the canted view.

The SFW version is supposed to be the "demo" that gets you interested in the NSFW version, which is behind the paywall and DRM. i.e. the dev is counting on the sex to sell the pseudo-Tarkov-style shooter.

The drawback of course, is the speed of development, the miniscule amount of sex in it, and the unfinished and buggy systems/areas in the game. Even if the dev kept working on it for 10+ years, he might never finish it. It's that slow, and after 10 years of being a paying patron, it'd be the single most expensive game you've ever paid for.

Thanks for the replies. I actually got around to playing this for a few hours.

I'm starting to understand. This is kind of hardcore first person mechanics here. The only shooters I play are like Halo and snowbreak and such. So being able to modify your gun, choosing your scope, site, adding augments, etc all this is new to me and unique. Adds to the fun.

I'm still playing on hold my hand difficulty and I can now wipe out a few of them and clear like 1 or 2 areas. But man, I'm playing with a lot of patience.

I started a new game cause I got all my ammo taken then they had their way with me lol

Anyway, this is fun, but I'm having trouble finding Nola.

Feel free to correct me if I was wrong. I won't be subbing on this project (ever), so what I have is info from the forums over the last ~2 years, and I may not remember correctly. Haven't bothered with the game in over a year, at least.

As for my 2nd paragraph, I'd stand behind that like a rock. I don't think the game will ever be finished.
