As someone who grew up with inverted Y-axis, this really irks me too... All my instincts are backwards.
is this version *Delta Class* or atleast *investor Class* ? tbh without full access to this games content it isnt worth the time.

Not sure how you see this as being rude. everything is here in the thread to get the latest version with crack up and running, fully uncensored. Read through the thread. It doesn't take that long.
as i asked.... this one DOESNT have access to all the content 546nsfw does nothing and if it did work i guarantee its not delta/investor class
when i use the code it says... Free nsfw unlock not available at this time. Enter USER ID. meaning i am right... not delta/investor class
Does anybody know how the hand things work? Or how to not get your ass kicked in the fog zones? Also, what's the strat for playing at night? Does this blue light give away your position?
The hand Icon shows your "Arm Stamina". It will go down when you put your gun up and the lower it goes, the more unstable your aim will be. Arm stamina recharges when you use the 'C' Key to put the gun down. Also, if you get close to corners of buildings, rocks, trees or anything else that is solid you will automatically brace your gun on them, boosting your aim and significantly reducing the degradation of arm stamina.
Radiation zones are tricky. I usually take it slow, keeping my lights off most of the time and try to listen for Tentacles and enemy Raiders.
Night Combat in this game follows some of the rules of real life night combat. So you want to keep your Lights and Lasers OFF for most of the time, since it will give your position away. Only turn the lights on for a short time when you are engaged by an enemy, to try to blind him, or when moving through Terrain that you do not know. The enemies will usually have their lights on as they roam around, making it fairly easy to spot them.
Blue light will, like any light, will give away your position. The aktual advantage of those Lights is that they are better at shining through Fog, giving you a slightly better view range, when it is on.
Updates are every 3 months. Last one was in August.

I'm sorry about not being clear about what I meant by the arm thing. What I'm asking is about the cyber stuff. What, if anything, do they do?
The problem I'm having with emission zones is I'm walking through and next thing I know I'm getting cracked at by a corpo I can't see. I don't know if it has anything to do with it, but I'm playing hard mode and I have the highest combat multiplier going because I just kept ambushing raiders on the stairs of the first house you can run in to outside the hide out.
I only know of 2 functions:
1. one is a sparky thing like from Star Wars that incapacitates enemies and
2. the other is a scanner that detects living things which drains your battery steadily
Personally I'd be happier if cyberstuff was removed from the game and Ivy given a natural arm. I don't use the cyberstuff and don't know of anyone who actually does use it.
