I wanna know when an enemy is considered hostile and when you can have a conversation with them. I heard that they can be either depending on your standing with the faction but really it's a 50/50 chance that a bullet flies ur way. Can someone explain to me when I should start blasting my gun at something and when not to? THX

There are two threesome animations IIRC;
The best way I found is to actually shoot two enemies and let them aggro then surrender only when both of them are running towards you.
This may be a problem with your hardware not handling the graphics that well, I have had no problems with FPS even with high ingame settings

Are you kidding? The dev gets nearly $10k/month, and appears to put in ~20 or so hours of actual development for that payroll (the other ~10+ hours a month are spent on DRM and policing uploads). That's $500/hr for working on "content", more than a lot of lawyers get paid. He's milking it by putting out slow updates, further adding to sub frustrations.
When he finally starts producing a good, playable game with more than ~2 enemies, empty areas, aimbot NPCs, and a truckload of bugs and horrid performance... then maybe it'll start be deserving of some notice. But 'honor'? Far from that right now.
If you only had one of the two to play, go with FO4 w/mods.

but for fuggin sake, it's true any maaaany other cases!
Such a shame, cause indie-devs seem to either starve and haveno money for electricity,
or sit on a shit ton of patreons and a monthly income, I may only dream about, and do lazy shit for it.

if you have a VPN provider you can download faster from mega, when you reach the free cap switch your VPN server to another country and you will be able to continue downloading
something inside the game that just randomly made the fps drop too sudden, after an hour i played it runs normally again as if it just finished loading
Also was hoping by now they add some punishing animation like bound on a cross or something so it just make it hard to kill the assaulters before they ran away
