I was able to solve the problem of texture loading on the character, even with the graphics on low, just by using the engine.ini file. When cybernetics is active, the texture of ivy starts to blur.

no data mine, the clue is to choose the right answer with nova from the last quest, before you burn out her brain, if you let her speak a bit before you burn out her brain, she will tell you the code. but once you burned her brain, without getting the code, you have to make a new game and start from the beginning if you want to get the code by yourself without help.
