I'm thinking of subscribing to the dev on patreon when the next build comes out. I like this game and want to support him, even though this current version has that bad CTD issue, I'm hoping it gets fixed...(fingers crossed).
But I'm wondering if I have to stay subscribed to be able to play or if paying for one month will give me access to playing after the subscription ends. Can any previous or current subscribers give some insight?

This game is gonna take another 4 years to get anywhere substantial so... your call.

It does have solid gameplay atm, so maybe once that's done it'll be easy to just add more maps and enemies.

I hate that. If they would actually just let me one-time purchase and get the updates for free, I'd totally buy it. These business models are so scummy, which is exactly why I use this site instead lol.

Unfortunately it do be like that. I'll be happy to buy it once it comes out or if more substantial content appears.
I'm always happy to support an indie with potential and buy their stuff, my Steam is a testament to that.
As a subscription model one update every 6+ months isn't something I can justify when there's not much there despite the robust mechanics and systems in place.

Yes that is quite an unusual post of theirs. You'd think that with releases happening once every 3 months, you'd want it stable and not flying apart at the seams at the gentlest breeze. Unless by releasing experimental, they mean that they'll keep patching it for the next couple weeks and release something stable by then.

Sleeping don't recover "damaged" health. You have to use kits or go to medstations to fix it.
I don't know if it's intended or not.

Maybe I'm wrong but this is how I see it so far.

If anyone needs it, I can recommend another resource where you can download games using a torrent.

I'm not trying to be a asshole, but if you're truly not a mr. bad guy, please undertand people will not see this as a whole lot of inspiring points to trust a offer to download something from somewhere.

Plus even though the Gofile link is gone (which is the best file sharing possible, fuck Mega and everyone who uses it), there's still the Pixeldrain one, which is a single file download, working just fine. It's slow but hey, it's there. I really don't understand people's thirst for torrents.

Can anyone help me with running this game on linux? I'm quite a beginner at the kernel. OS: ubuntu 24.04.1

I've tried running it as a non-steam game with multiple Proton versions, game shows black screen and nothing happens.

Tried using the game in wine, I get Fatalerror (see image), don't know how to troubleshoot unfortunately. Tried also creating a new wineprefix but it displays the same error. I have Unreal Engine and Runtime C++ installed when executing the game with Wine.

Any suggestions or help is appreciated

The pre-cracked download, as the name say, is pre-cracked. Why did you apply another crack on top of the pre-cracked download?

It's just literally downloading, unpacking and playing. There's a warning saying if the login fails you just need to keep retrying until it works (it's a auth bug in the game, not crack apparently). There's literally a hotkey in the game to open the login prompt anytime in case that happens.

Stop re-applying old crack files on the already cracked game people! (not you AnotherLost , there's lots of previous posts of people commiting the same error, and then posts of people saying what I just said, i'm not being an asshole directly to you on this rant).

In other news: the cycle of people not reading previous posts or using the search function keeps going on... ok, now maybe I'm being an asshole...

Actually when you think about it, it does mean something.

Pre-cracked, depending on the context can mean that its cracked already, or there is a crack available and you must apply it manually, once you download it. I've had torrents where its either or. Sometimes a game is cracked already, and can just be launched or it has the crack, but you have to apply it... as it might require Regedit edits, that can't be pre-applied, so you have to apply the crack manually to get them to work.

Prehistoric crack would be something like a keygenerator... back in the days of activation keys. So you download the game, and you have to use the keygen to get a key. Since you aren't legitimately acquiring the key, you are effectively creating a cracked game, but its not a cracked game. But as no one really uses keys anymore, except for virus scanners, Ufile, or microsoft windows, it wouldn't make sense otherwise.
