There's a changelog laying around in the search function somewhere. What I can remember from the top of my head is:
1. Highway map is larger

2. There's pictures and names for all the vendors that change with money spent and notoriety points.

3. I think there was a new tentacle animation.

I'm hoping update 18 will be nice.

Not really a guide, but here are some pointers;
- Don't look at ghosts.
- Stealth and breaking line of sight is how you'll survive.
- Use the scanner as often as you can.
- Prepare, don't just run straight into the emission zone.
- Use .45 AP and aim for the head.

Thanks for your advice. may i know how to use the scanner (Mouse Scroll Click)? does anyone know what are the features?

What about these psychological damages you get from entering emission zones?

Can someone upload config files from C:\Users\%USERNAME%\AppData\Local\DeltaZone\Saved\Config\Windows with every setting on lowest value possible? I am trying to run this game on iGPU using custom Engine.ini but as far as I remember, game starts with high graphics settings from the start, which instantly crashes game.

Um what? If you are testing the limits of hardware, you should be playing it on maximum settings. If your hardware is so weak that it can't handle medium, then, your computer likely doesn't even meet minimum specs.

Infortunately the game need to send infos a certain interval.

However, as the game is cracked, you won't be able to play for long, and you'll get a message telling you that the connection to the server has failed, causing the game to crash.

When this happens, you need to delete the files:
- lastID.json
- weatherPreset.json

located in \DeltaZone\Content

You must also delete the files:
- DeltaZone_PCD3D_SM6.upipelinecache
- webcache_4430

located in AppData\Local\DeltaZone\Saved

You need to do this every time the game crashes.
Unfortunately, you'll crash very often and won't be able to play for more than 30 minutes, sometimes up to 1 hour (if you're lucky).

Your game must also have the same crack that was given before.
And you must always use the "Crack" password every time.

I know that my hardware won't be able to run it on maximum settings. Heck, I can't even run it on lowest settings (probably), so what I am trying to do is to modify Unreal Engine settings to at least make game not crash.

How do I increase Global Reputation? Mine's been stuck at 2.85 for a while now and I can't get better stuff from the vendors
