Is that a model the dev posted at some point? Also do the eggs actually do anything? I have shot them out but they don't seem to hatch. Also does anything happen after the characters belly starts moving around when the eggs hatch inside?

The developer posted this screenshot more than a year ago. The last mention of monsters was in March of this year, but there is no information about when they will appear in the game.

Nothing happens with the eggs, and nothing happens if they hatch inside you aside from the visuals and sound, from what I understand. Maybe they affect stamina or something but I never noticed anything.
I would have liked to see some kind of depth to that, like she would start to mutate or maybe tentacles start poking out of her pussy or something, eventually giving birth to a creature, but that doesn't seem to be a thing the dev wants.
